1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VClone.vip (via the website or our Android App), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our TTS and voice cloning features responsibly and legally. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Clone the voice of another individual without their explicit, written consent.
• Generate deepfakes or misleading audio intended to defraud, harass, or impersonate public figures.
• Use the service to generate hate speech, explicit content, or illegal material.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

• Credits: Our service relies on character limits. Unused characters from free tiers may not roll over.
• Referral Program: Users earn a 5% discount on specific packages when a referred user makes a purchase. This discount stacks up to 100%. Any abuse of the referral system (fake accounts, fraud) will result in immediate ban and revocation of bonuses.
• Payments: We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank transfers, and Cryptocurrency. All purchases are final unless deemed otherwise by our support team.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain the copyright to the original scripts you submit to the platform. VClone.vip retains all rights to the underlying AI models, website design, app source code, and platform infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service "as is". VClone.vip and its creators are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the generated audio files.
